- Facebook Fan Page is a public profile specifically created by the Entrepreneur on the Facebook social network, accessible from https://www.facebook.com/people/A-Tiny-Traveler/61566045177198.

- For the purposes of GDPR, Personal Data means any information relating to you such as a name, an identification number, location data, online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Entrepreneur. Retention of Your Personal Data
The Entrepreneur will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws e.g., accounting law), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Your registration Account-related data is kept as long as you have an active Account and purchases and orders data (without bank account or payment details) for 5 years after the deletion of Account for possible legal disputes. We may use this data for promoting our products and services to you when you have given us such consent.
You have the right to request data deletion from our system. For this, we may need to delete your Account depending on your request. In case you have requested data deletion, we still keep the data that we retain for legal obligation purposes for as long as the law obliges us.

As operator of the Facebook Fan Page https://www.facebook.com/people/A-Tiny-Traveler/61566045177198 and the Instagram Account https://www.instagram.com/a.tinytraveler, the Entrepreneur and the operators of the social networks Facebook and Instagram are Joint Controllers.The Entrepreneur has entered into agreements with Facebook (which owns Instagram) that define the terms for use of the Facebook Fan Page and Instagram Account, among other things.
